Effective May 19, , the State Court of DeKalb County required that certain limited case types would be filed electronically.

 

The Traffic Division of the State Court of Dekalb County was created on July 1, and was excluded from any mandatory electronic filing requirements.  In an attempt to provide all citizens of DeKalb County expanded access and fairness to the judicial process, the Traffic Division has implemented an electronic filing platform.

 

Currently the court allows for the following forms;

  1. Demand for a Jury Trial
  2. Entry of Appearance
  3. Leave of absence
  4. Motion for Continuance
  5. Notice of Conflict
  6. Waiver of Arraignment/Not Guilty Plea
