Manager in US

Run, this place is rudderless

I escalated a team concern to HR, they tried to help, but HR is too weak to make changes and the management and direction of the company is too far gone.

Finance Director in New York, NY

No work life balance

Your working on multiple deadlines, which does not allow the team to take much vacation time and when do take vacation time, your swamped with past due assignments when you return to the office because there is no support to fill in while your away. You work a minimum of 12 hour work days at least 4 times a week and sometimes weekends.

Designer in New York, NY

Crazy!

The VPs and upper management are the main problem at this place. They have no idea what is happening in all levels and constantly overload the team with endless projects and illogical deadlines. They are bias and unfair when comes to individual review in yearly employees’ job performance.

Manager in New York, NY

Your experience will vary greatly based on team.

I have met some of the best and some of the worst people in this place. Your experience here will be very dependent on which team you are on and who you interact with. Benefits are ok, but those slowly get chipped away at every year. Compensation is "meh".

Production Associate (Temp Position) in New York, NY

Avoid Working in the Socks Division

Had to work under a horrible Sales Manager in the Socks Division. Real rude and actually rubbed my shoulders and thought it was a good thing. Told HR but they did nothing so I left.

Avoid working here!!!!
