Than you Chevrolet dealership, Tilton IL for the good service. This dealership does full synthetic oil changes on any make and model with attention to detail. Dealers take there’re time and don’t cut corners. The oil and filters they use are dealer quality. Folks don’t realize that doing oil yourself doesn’t save you much. When you use a dealers shop you’re doing the best for your vehicle and they point out issues with your car before they become issues. The Chevy dealership in Tilton is a good choice and convenient. Hunter was a great salesman. He kept me updated on everything until truck came in. Had everthing as ready as he could so it was a quick process. I will reccomend him to anyone. I recently bought a new 2018 Silverado from Josh Hawkins and was very pleased with my overall experience. After searching on the internet and visiting several dealers, Josh was not only able to match the lowest price, but he also gave me the best trade in price on my vehicle. He didn't have the exact truck I wanted but was able to find me one from another dealer. I would suggest that if your in need of a used or new Chevrolet, that you shop around for the best deal. My expereince was both profssional and timely. The staff are top notch and when you leave there it's with a smile and good feelings. Purchased a 2018 Equinox in December and it couldn’t have been a more positive experience. We also purchased our Cruze there in Dec. 2010. Everyone very knowledgeable about what they do. Have also been over the years to their service dept. and body shop. Both very professional and friendly. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Took my Silverado in for full service & tire rotation. I had to wait on it and they had me on my way in 45 minutes!

I took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. While the services were being performed I looked at the new model vehicles and all questions I had were answered. I was most interested in the new Equinox and took time to look carefully at one and talked with sales and was satisfied with the answers to my questions. They were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Have purchased several Equinox's from them. Aways satisfied with service and also with collision service until this past June. Made an appointment to have my car repaired due to being rear ended. Advised them I would be out of town Country) until the day before the appointment. Got up early and took my car in and they never ordered the parts. I was in Pa but I live in Md. I was not a happy camper! Decided to take a chance with another location Hawkins Repair shop in Sunbury Pa. They could not have been nicer. The only issue I had is in need of a rental and asked if they took care of everything - answer yes; but I discovered the insurance company was never notified and I had to pay the bill and request reimbursement. I did get payment reimbursed but that was a hassle. I would not go back to the Hawkins Body Shop in Danville. The clerk never even apologized to me - we could reschedule the appointment was all she could say and that she called my number. Of course I was in Europe!

Great sales people and easy to deal with. A lot of vehicles to choose from. Had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle. Would buy from again.

I appreciated being treated with respect, as a female shopper. Definitely would highly recommend Hawkins. Also, I got the deal and vehicle that I wanted.

I went to Hawkins with a bit of reservation to get minor services done on my Subaru out of Necessity and convenience (they were right next door to my destination). They performed all of the work that I needed done and were done on time. No complaints from this customer.

I bought my trailbazer over 10 years ago. I still love it and have had on routine service done but Josh always gets me in even at the last minute. Hawkins is a family owned dealers ship and you can always talk directly with one of the family members.

Anyone who puts great in the price section must have lots of money. I admit the prices are two high and was looking for a used GM truck and the used prices were also high so I hope I made a good choice. I also want to add that since this is a 3/4 ton truck diesel I know the milage is not noted and discover that diesel milage on this truck is not what I expected, I expected more, the DEF fluid that has to be filled every 5000 miles and the burn off of fule in the exhaust are two things I wish would have been brought up as it may have changed my mind. That said I like my truck will drive it and see. I know when or if I decide to trade I will go back to Woodall Henry Moon

I worked with Sam on the phone Before I took the 393 mile trip Down to Danville. I had first spoke to Mona Hooker and she was such a dram to work with! I asked her about the 2010 HHR SS if it was still available and if that Internet price was correct. She assured me it was and asked when I wold like to come see the HHR. I told her I was in New Jersey and it would take some planning but I would call back as soon as Possible! When I called back she hooked me up with Sam Brown and we went over some numbers, like my trade, cash down, warranty and payment options. When I wasn't satisfied with their numbers and told them why, they worked on it and called me back and the final numbers they came up with I was completely satisfied with. So my wife and I went down to Danville and truly enjoyed every moment that we were there. I dropped my wife off at the Marriott and went to the Woodall dealership. From the moment I got there until the time I left I was treated with the utmost respect and friendship. Sam, Reggie and Lewis and the Girls all get and A+++++ from me. It was truly a large dose of GOOD OLE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!!! I wold recommend Woodall to all my friends and relations!! Sam made sure I knew everything that there was to be known a bout my HHR SS. they next day when I brought it back because the new temporary tags were flapping in the wind and I didn't think that they would make it back to Jersey, Sam fixed it and washed my car because something had gotten on it while I was driving over there. The tank was even filled. THE BEST experience I have ever had buying a car and I have bought 6 in the last nine months! Truly a Friendly Dealership! Woodall puts the Friend (me) in friendly!!!
